  • We ship all orders with tracking, whether they are sent within Australia or internationally.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Please allow for slight delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

  • Australia: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • International: Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7-14 business days.

Import Taxes and Fees

  • No extra fees will apply upon delivery! All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered by the shipping label, so there will be no additional charges when picking up your order.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at layerlabaustralia@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • We cannot guarantee changes after 24 hours, as the order may have already been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

  • If your order is delayed or the tracking shows it as lost, contact us at layerlabaustralia@gmail.com. We will reach out to the shipping company to investigate the issue.
  • If the tracking indicates the item has been delivered/received but you did not receive it, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping company to determine what happened.
  • We will not be responsible for re-shipping items if the postage service has lost them. However, we will do everything we can to assist with locating your package.

Incorrect Delivery Address

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If the address provided is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, you will need to place a new order. Refunds will not be provided for items sent to incorrect addresses.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at layerlabaustralia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to find a solution.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the delivery address was incorrect, we will contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply if you wish to have the item re-sent.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed packages or those returned due to incorrect addresses.
