Layer Lab Australia: Product Review & Sponsorship Terms
Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Layer Lab Australia. Below are the terms and conditions for product features and sponsorships on my YouTube channel. These terms are non-negotiable and ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with YouTube’s content guidelines.
1. Product Reviews & Features (Unpaid Collaborations)
- If you choose to send a product for free, I will provide an honest, unbiased review based on my personal experience.
- You will have no control over the content, conclusions, or final verdict of my review.
- Sending a product does not guarantee a positive review or a dedicated video. If I find the product unsuitable for my audience, I may choose not to feature it at all.
- I will disclose in the video that the product was provided for free in compliance with YouTube’s transparency policies.
2. Sponsored Content (Paid Collaborations)
- If you wish to sponsor a video, a sponsorship fee will be required in addition to providing the product.
- Sponsored content will remain honest and transparent. If any faults or drawbacks are found, I will work with your company to find a resolution, and both the issue and the solution will be presented in the video. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the sponsorship agreement may be subject to early termination.
- The video will include a clear sponsorship disclosure as per YouTube’s policies (e.g., “This video is sponsored by [Company Name]”).
- Sponsored content guarantees a dedicated video featuring the product, with agreed-upon key messaging points.
3. Legal Compliance & Disclosures
- All collaborations will comply with FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and YouTube guidelines regarding transparency and disclosures.
- Any compensation (monetary or product-based) will be disclosed within the video and video description.
- Sponsored content will be marked accordingly within YouTube’s system.
